We provide service to the high end residential sector. Concrete works include raft slab, slab on ground, basements, wine cellars and suspended decks. The services include, excavation, formwork, steel fixing, concrete placing and finishing.

As part of the residential sector we offer a concrete consultancy service. We can liaise on the client's behalf with architects and engineers in order to finalize a design. Advising on products to suit each job's land and soil profiles, and/or, any restraints in these areas.

This maximizes efficiency on site by meeting any time and budget restrictions. This service is available to developers and owner builders alike.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Liquid Rock Constructions, incorporating Liquid Rock Formwork, is ideally placed to take on industrial or commercial contracts ranging from small factory developments to multi storey developments.

Each division is adequately equipped with modern equipment and the Formwork division has approximately 3000 sqm of formwork at its disposal.

Our employees are all on EBA awards and have CBUS, Incolink, Co-invest registrations, enabling the company to partake contracts on union sites.

All our works are carried out to the relevant ASA standards and in accordance with Worksafe guidelines.

The company boasts an exceptional safety record and conducts comprehensive job safety analysis.
